Tier 4 rifts spawn chance

Tier 4 rifts can be spawned if the generated rift level is 24 - 59 (most common at rift level 35) with the following chances. It determines the chance of a newly spawned rift being Tier 4 out of all possible tiers at the same rift level.

Enemy stats in conductive rifts

Outside of the base scaling and their level scaling, all enemies gain Rift empower in exchange for almost permanent Stun vulnerability, increasing the duration of Stuns on every enemy in the rift by 50%.

Strategy and additional changes in Conductive rifts

• As all enemies in conductive rifts are vulnerable to Stuns, it can be benefital to Stun them while their Empower is active to negate its damage boost
