Rift modifier - Change shard amount

This is a rift loot modifier that changes the amount of rift shards you gain in the rift chest after closing a rift.

• It can be added as +2 or -2 rift shards
• Both variants are exclusive to each other - each rift can have only a single variant of this modifier
• It does not affect rift shards obtained from shard slimes
• Every rift gives 2 types of rift shards. This modifier adds/remove both rift types
