Rift modifier - Change wave duration

This is a rift environment modifier that changes duration of each rift wave

• It can be added as +15 or -15 seconds
• Both variants are exclusive to each other - each rift can have only a single variant of this modifier
• If you can beat a rift wave before its timer runs out, this modifier has no effect. Otherwise, it can give you less/more time to finish it before another wave starts
