Tier 1 rifts spawn chance
Tier 1 rifts can be spawned if the generated rift level is 1 - 23 (most common at rift level 1) with the following chances. It determines the chance of a newly spawned rift being Tier 1 out of all possible tiers at the same rift level.

Enemy stats in Melee rifts
Outside of the base scaling and their level scaling, all enemies gain 30% hitpoints in exchange for almost permanent
Melee vulnerability.

Strategy and additional changes in Melee rifts
- As all enemies gain
Melee vulnerability, you can easily counter their extra hitpoints by simply staying close to them - In some cases, it might be still benefitial to stay far away, even without the extra damage boost if it can be too hard to survive being this close to enemies
