Rift empower is a Light support spell that can be used only by creatures spawned in conductive rifts.
When used, it applies 
Empower, increasing the user's damage by 30% for 4 seconds
Conditions
Rift empower is self casted, thus it can be used anywhere with some limitations.
- Creatures cast it only when they're in combat
- It cannot be activated when another
Empower is already active. They user will simply wait until it can be used
