Rift modifier - Damage totem

This is a rift environment modifier that summons a damage totem at the start of the rift.
- It spawns with hitpoints based on the rift's tier
- Tier 1 and 2 - Hitpoints equal to the base level scaling formula (assuming totems start at level 1) multiplied by 500
- Tier 3 and 4 - Hitpoints equal to the base level scaling formula (assuming totems start at level 1) multiplied by 750
- Tier 5 and 6 - Hitpoints equal to the base level scaling formula (assuming totems start at level 1) multiplied by 1200
- While active, it increases damage of all newly spawned rift enemies by 20%, it has no other effect
- It does not affect the 1st wave so it's possible to destroy it without the totem buffing a single enemy
- If you destroy it, all enemies from the following waves will not spawn with its bonus
- Destroying it prevents adding stats only to new enemies, it does nothing to all enemies that are already spawned
- It always spawns right in front of the rift
