Thunder orb is a Storm, area of effect spell.
Thunder orb instantly deals to (e.g. 30% havoc = 0.3) damage to the enemy under your cursor. If possible, it will then bounce to a nearest aggressive enemy, dealing 20% less damage per bounce at the speed of 15 tiles per second and it can hit up to 5 enemies (including the one you cast it on).

It cannot bounce to an enemy it already hit before. However, you can remove this limitation with Enchanted book - Thunder orb which effectively allows you to reach the 5 bounces limit every time in between of just 2 targets.
Levels
Level 1:
Ingame description:
Summons a Thunder Orb at an enemy's location. The orb strikes the target and then bounces up to 4 times to nearby enemies. Each enemy can be hit only once
Thunder orb deals X damage to the first target and 20% less damage every time it hits another enemy
Level 2:
Thunder orb gains a 3% chance to 
Stun its target for 2 seconds. This chance keeps stacking up each time it bounces (3% for the first target, 6% for 2nd, 9% for 3rd, etc.)
