Ice pillar is an
Ice, area of effect spell.
- After a successful cast, it summons an Ice pillar, taking 1.3 seconds until its first pulse
- After the initial summon, it pulses every second
- Ice pillar visibly shows the area affected
- Each pulse deals to (e.g. 30% havoc = 0.3) damage to all enemies in its radius
- Any time an enemy is damaged by it, it's
Slowed by 25% for 2 seconds (affected by
Powerfull chill) - It lasts 8 seconds. The Ice pillar becomes shorter each pulse so its height can be used to estimate duration left
- It can affect aggressive enemies
Ice pillar's default radius is 3.5 tiles wide which can be increased with havoc (4.33% havoc to increase its radius by 0.1 tiles)

Freezes all enemies in its radius for 2 seconds instead of
