Ice pillar is an Ice, area of effect spell.

  • After a successful cast, it summons an Ice pillar, taking 1.3 seconds until its first pulse
  • After the initial summon, it pulses every second
  • Ice pillar visibly shows the area affected
  • Each pulse deals to (e.g. 30% havoc = 0.3) damage to all enemies in its radius
  • Any time an enemy is damaged by it, it's Slowed by 25% for 2 seconds (affected by Powerfull chill)
  • It lasts 8 seconds. The Ice pillar becomes shorter each pulse so its height can be used to estimate duration left
  • It can affect aggressive enemies

Ice pillar's default radius is 3.5 tiles wide which can be increased with havoc (4.33% havoc to increase its radius by 0.1 tiles)

Level 1:

Ingame description:

Summons a pillar of ice at the target location, dealing X damage every second and slowing all enemies in its radius by X% for X seconds Lasts for 8 seconds

Level 2:

The last Ice pillar's pulse Freezes all enemies in its radius for 2 seconds instead of Slowing them
