Meteor is a Fire, area of effect spell.
After a successful cast, it takes about 0.65 seconds until impact after which, it deals to (e.g. 30% havoc = 0.3) damage to all enemies in its radius.
Meteor's default radius is 3 tiles wide which can be increased with havoc (5% havoc to increase its radius by 0.1 tiles)

Levels
Level 1:
Ingame description:
Summons a meteor from the skies, dealing X damage on impact to all enemies in a large area
Level 2:
Meteor now deals from 0 (at the edge) to 15% (at the center) more damage based on how far the the enemies are from the center of its radius. This distance is based on the center of meteor's radius and the center of an enemy. Havoc spreads the bonus damage over the enlarged radius.
