Frostbolt (Enemy ability) is a ranged Ice ability that can be used only by creatures and your pets.
It deals on impact and 
Slows the target by 30% for 5 seconds.

- Creatures will stop to cast it when they're 7 tiles or less away from their target
- They continue casting while standing still until the target moves beyond 9 tiles away from them
