Mana burn (Status effect)

Mana burn is a status effect dealing moderate damage over time and it's exclusive to enemies. Pets also can't inherit abilities with mana burn.
- Has no effect if your mana is under 30%.
- If your mana is over 30%, it destroys 1% of your maximum mana on each tick.
- Pets are immune to Mana burn (including their damage over time part)
