Corruption (Status effect)
Main values
Status type Debuff

Corruption is a status effect dealing low damage over time and it's exclusive to Shadow abilities. It can be applied by both, you and the enemies.

  • Every time a target affected by Corruption receives healing, a portion of it (or all of it) is converted into damage taken
  • This effect affects almost all healing sources, including potions. The only healing source it does not affect is the player's passive out of combat healing.
  • The target is immune to corruption if its resistance against Shadow is above 80%.
  • Poison's healing reduction affects only the healing that's left. It has no effect on the damage taken from healing
  • Works only if the target is above 30% hitpoints, otherwise it does nothing
  • Has no effect on shields
