Tier 5 chest is a chest that can spawn only with a chest level 40 - 49.
Rolls
All loot generated by this chest can come from "Available everywhere" but also "Unique to chests" category.
All equipment from these chests have the following rarity roll chances:
Before generating loot, all chests generate a preset. All options have the exact same chance to be selected. After that, chests try to do every roll in a preset. There are no restrictions so it's possible to get only 
Gold once and nothing else but it's also all possible to find all items in a single chests.

Chests also have a 30% chance to generate 1 - 3 lockpicks of matching tier and they can also contain some ultra rare items.
