Ultra rare items

Ultra rare items are items that have a very low drop chance but you can also obtain them from a wide variety of sources.

These items often have either a unique permanent effect that no other item can replicate, they grant a unique glamour or they're equipment pieces with a high strength.

If you obtain an ultra rare equipment piece, there's a very high chance it's the strongest item of this type that you can wear at the Combat level you obtain it at.
