Food in Torisia has 3 tiers with a huge difference between them.

  1. Basic
  2. Standard
  3. Advanced

You might be able to obtain advanced food even at early levels and progressing through the game lets you obtain new different types of food - advanced food stays strong at all levels so you may stock up on it early and keep using it though the whole game.

Hitpoints increasing food

Increases your hitpoints by 5 - 15%.

  1. Egg
  2. Boiled egg
  3. Omelette

Speed increasing food

Increases your movement speed by 3 - 10%.

  1. Honey
  2. Sugar
  3. Blueberry cake

Evasion increasing food

Increases your evasion by 2 - 5%.

  1. Carrot
  2. Blueberry jam
  3. Apple pie

Healing increasing food

Increases your healing by 4 - 10%.

  1. Parsley
  2. Butter
  3. Soup

Shielding increasing food

Increases the strength of your shields by 4 - 10%.

  1. Mushroom
  2. Apple
  3. French fries

Armor increasing food

Increases your armor by 200 - 500.

  1. Potato
  2. Cheese
  3. Salad

Food with passive healing

Passively heals you by 0.66 - 2% of your maximum hitpoints every 3 seconds.

  1. Tomato
  2. Ketchup
  3. Pizza

Food with passive shielding

Shields you for 4 - 10% of your maximum hitpoints every 15 seconds.

  1. Blueberries
  2. Bread
  3. Garlic bread

This food cannot be eaten but it's used as ingredients instead

  1. Garlic
  2. Milk
  3. Flour
