Standard cooldown rate potion is combat potion that reduces your cooldown rate by 4% for 15 minutes. Has no effect on global cooldown. You can have only one combat potion active at once and while you can cancel its effect, there is a 30 seconds cooldown after consuming one combat potion before you can consume another one.
