Rotten fish bait is a fishing item that doubles the chance to catch a rare fish. (E.g. from 10% to 20% chance)

Note: This item increases rare fish catch chance by reducing regular fish catch chance. It does not affect catch chances of any other types of catchable items

Usage

It can be used as any other consumable. However unlike most of them, it's not limited by duration alone but also by the amount of uses. Once you use Rotten fish bait, it expires either after 2 minutes or 3 caught rare fish (fish that escape or are not rare fish do not consume uses), whichever happens first.
