Eternity is a weapon that cannot be obtained in any other rarity than legendary. Because of its extremely low drop chance, it's classified as an ultra rare item which can be obtained in many different ways.

Background
In the year 166, the king of Torisia secretly ordered a few very powerful staves of unknown origin to help his best mages turn the tide of the Great war of 165. However, they have never arrived as the delivery was ambushed at night by an overwhelming force of bandits. The only survivor of this event proclaimed he has seen some soldiers trying to run away with the staves before he passed out. Once he came up to his senses, there were only corpses but no staves to be seen.
Facing a high chance of losing the war, the king ordered his men to find the staves at all costs and due to the immense difficulty, he also announced a reward for bringing them to him. Many common people tried to search as well, yet many years have passed without even a single staff found, granting it the nickname "Eternity".
Nobody knows where the staves are now - or if they still even exist but there are rumors some bandits tried hiding them in chests around Torisia, other rumors say certain creatures took them and they may still carry them but until at least one staff is found, nobody can confirm these rumors are true.
