Enchanted book

Enchanted books are a special type of equipment. They do not grant any stats but in return, they can change one active or instant spell if you wear it in a way that might be benefitial in one situation but undesirable in another.

Enchanted books can be acquired only by crafting and they cannot be obtained in common or uncommon rarities. Unlike with other equipment, rarity of enchanted books doesn't imply how powerful they are - their rarity is based on how hard are they to obtain along with how unique their effect is. Only one enchanted book rarity exists per any effect they have.

Not all spells have an enchanted book. Only some of them can be modified this way.

Obtaining

The only way to obtain an enchanted book is from crafting. Recipes always unlock a single enchanted book.
