Saving and loading

Saving

The game can be saved in 3 different ways.

Autosave

• The game automatically saves every 10 minutes. If
• The game automatically saves when you turn it off
• You can have only up to 5 autosaves stored, if you save another, the oldest one will be deleted
• Renaming the autosave in any way changes it into a manual save which cannot be automatically deleted

Quicksave

• You can quicksave the game instantly by pressing F5
• You can have only up to 5 quicksaves stored, if you save another, the oldest one will be deleted
• Renaming the quicksave in any way changes it into a manual save which cannot be automatically deleted

Manual save

• Can be created by opening the menu in game (ESC) and clicking the "Save game" button or by renaming autosave / quicksave
• Can be only deleted manually. You can also overwrite them with a new manual save

Save game window

There are a few moments when you cannot save the game. These are:

• While you're in the middle of Teleporting
• While you're in combat
• When you're dead

Loading

You can load the game in many different ways:

These options always load the newest save file

• From the main menu by pressing "Continue" (appears only if there's at least one save)
• By clicking "Load last save" from the death screen
• By pressing F9 while in game

You can also load a specific save file by clicking the "Load game" button either in the main menu or in menu.
