Strategy and additional changes in storm rifts

• As enemies from storm rifts do a lot less damage in exchange for speed, you can withstand their attacks for longer to hit more of them with crowd control like Freeze and counter their high movement speed
• It's especially important to keep distance from melee enemies that can use crowd control (E.g. Chilling strike)
• As all enemies in storm rifts gain acceess to Rift sprint, they're almost guaranteed to reach you. Stopping them with crowd control while this short buff is active can negate the effect
